    Shipping & Returns

    We'll organize the shipping and delivery things within 1 day since the time we confirm your payment.

    (a) We promise fast shipping service to customers from Asia & Pacific Region, Europe, and North America. Customers from other parts of the world need to cover the international postage.

    (b) All the deliveries are made with EMS (standard shipping service), which will take about 6-8 days business days for the goods to arrive at the destinations. We can also provide expedited shipping service (DHL etc) to meet the needs of some customers (Customers need to cover the extra cost generated on the expedited shipping service).

    Return, Refund & Exchange

    a) If the item is seriously damaged or broken, you are welcome to return it within 7-days since you get your order for an exchange or refund. (Please contact our customer service and provide evidence such as pics or videos to show what's happened on your order.) Customer pays all return postage charges.

    b) If your item doesn't fit or suit and you'd like to send your order back to us for an exchange or refund, please make sure that the item must be returned in its original condition including all original packaging and tags. Hope you could understand that we are unable to accept a return of any item with an indication that it has been resized or altered in any way including the removal of hang-tags. (For change of size, color or style, requests needs to be made in writing to our customer service team)

    Exchange or Refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned goods. For exchange, we'll send the replacement once we get the returned goods. For refund, we'll let you know when we refund your money and that will take a little while (1 � 14 days) to go into your account.
    Service charges such as express shipping, postal insurance, international shipping and gift wrapping are non-refundable.

    c) If we make the wrong delivery, we'll resend your order and cover all the costs generated on that.

    d) Right to cancel your order. As we promise speedy shipping & delivery service to all of our customers, if you want to cancel the order you've placed with us, please contact our customer service team within 6 hours since the time you make your purchase. Or we'll still carry out your order.
